The fastest way to reach us is by email. Our support team typically responds within 2 hours on weekdays, and within 24 hours on weekends.

For questions about courses, payments, refunds, account access, or anything else inside the academy:

For media inquiries, partnership proposals, or speaking requests, use the same email address with "Partnership" in the subject line so it routes to the right person.
Community
If you're already enrolled, the fastest way to ask anything is inside our private community. Most questions are answered there within minutes by either the team or fellow students who've solved the same issue.
Before you email about refunds: please review our Terms & Conditions page where both refund pathways are explained in detail. This will help us process your request faster.
What we cannot do over email
To keep things fair to every student, there are a few things we don't do over email:
- Provide free 1-on-1 strategy sessions (those are part of the VIP tier)
- Review or critique your campaigns outside the academy environment
- Share other students' contact details, results, or private information
- Make exceptions to refund timelines outside what's written in our terms
Office hours
Our team operates from Monday to Friday, 9am – 6pm West Africa Time (WAT). Emails sent outside these hours are still received and queued — we just respond when we're back at our desks.
