Terms & Conditions – CPA Dollar Academy

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing CPA Dollar Academy, enrolling in any of our programs, or using our community, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use our services.

2. The Program

CPA Dollar Academy is an educational platform that teaches Cost-Per-Action (CPA) marketing through video lessons, downloadable templates, mentorship, and community support. The exact content and structure of the program may evolve over time as we add new lessons, deals, and resources.

3. Enrollment & Payment

All payments are processed through our authorized payment partners
Pricing is displayed in US dollars and may be charged in your local currency at the prevailing exchange rate
Once enrolled, you receive lifetime access to your tier's content
Tier upgrades (e.g. Academy → PRO) are handled on a per-case basis through support

4. Refund Policy

We offer two refund pathways, both of which require honest engagement with the program:

Community fit refund: If you join and feel the program isn't worth what you paid, message the founder directly inside the community and we'll issue a full refund — no questions asked.
90-day double-money guarantee: If you genuinely implement what's taught for 90 days and still don't make any money, we'll refund double what you paid. Implementation evidence is required.

Refunds apply only to the original purchaser and must be requested within the relevant window. Refunds for the VIP tier are handled separately due to the personalized 1-on-1 nature of that engagement.

5. User Conduct

When using the academy and community, you agree to:

Treat fellow students, mentors, and staff with respect at all times
Not share, resell, or distribute course materials, templates, or community content
Not impersonate other students or misrepresent your earnings or results
Not use the community to spam, recruit, or promote unrelated offers

Violation of these standards may result in suspension or permanent removal from the academy without refund.

6. Intellectual Property

All course videos, written materials, templates, scripts, frameworks, and community discussions are the intellectual property of CPA Dollar Academy and Praise Akinlami. You receive a personal, non-transferable license to use them for your own CPA business — but you may not copy, redistribute, or build a competing course around them.

7. No Earnings Guarantee

While we share student case studies and our 90-day double-money guarantee, individual results vary based on effort, market conditions, and execution. We do not guarantee any specific income or outcome. CPA marketing requires consistent action, and results are entirely dependent on your work.

8. Limitation of Liability

CPA Dollar Academy and its team are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the program. Our total liability under any circumstance is limited to the amount you paid for your enrollment.

9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms & Conditions as the program evolves. Material changes will be communicated to enrolled students by email or through the community. Continued use of the academy after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

10. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. Any disputes will be resolved through good-faith communication first, and through Nigerian courts where necessary.
